This is a 50/50 blend of direct trade coffees from our friends at the Gold Mountain Co-op in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. The washed component is a lovely lot of catuai variety from Yader & Karen, and imparts a clean, apple-like juiciness to the cup. A lovely honey processed component from Finca Idealista helps to round the cup out with nice body, a honey sweetness, and a dried fruit finish. Truly a versatile blend that can excel as a drip or full immersion brew, and shines equally well as espresso.
