This amazing coffee is processed at the wet mill Montanas del Diamante, where Martin Guiterrez and his brothers process the cherries from their respective farms around this mill. This micro-lot comes from the Gamboa farm, located in Santa Maria in the Dota Valley.
We love the smooth body of this coffee, and the clarity of the flavor profile. There is a pronounced honey sweetness in the cup, and this is complimented by a really crisp citric acidity.
